Diploma of Professional Coaching

This is our most popular diploma course. This course meets the education requirements for an ICF credential and builds the core coaching skills every AIPC specialisation is grounded in. This is the Diploma Course to get started in if you are waiting to determine what areas you would like to specialise in or, you want to help a variety of clients, rather than specialise.

Diploma of Life Coaching

This specialisation builds the coaching skills for guiding clients through life's everyday crossroads - relationships, purpose, confidence and change. You'll work with clients who want more clarity and intention in how they're living, at any stage of life. It's one of the most versatile specialisations to build a practice around, giving you the range to coach almost anyone who walks through the door.

Diploma of Business Coaching

This specialisation trains you to coach founders and business owners on strategy, decision-making and the mindset shifts that come with growing something of their own. You'll work with entrepreneurs and small business owners navigating the pressure points of running a business, from early growth through to bigger decisions. It positions you in one of the most commercially in-demand coaching niches, where clients are motivated and outcomes are easy to see.

Diploma of Leadership Coaching

This specialisation trains you to coach emerging and established leaders on building trust, communicating clearly and getting the best from their teams. You'll work with managers and leaders stepping into bigger responsibility, often navigating their first real experience of leading other people. Demand for this specialisation runs strong inside organisations, opening the door to both individual coaching work and corporate contracts.

Diploma of Executive Coaching

This specialisation trains you to coach senior leaders on the high-stakes decisions, influence and presence their roles demand. You'll work with executives operating under real pressure, where the cost of a wrong call is high and the room for error is small. It's the specialisation that commands the strongest positioning in the market, suited to coaches who want to work at the top of an organisation.

Diploma of Wellness Coaching

This specialisation trains you to coach clients on building sustainable habits around health, energy and wellbeing. You'll work with clients who already know what they should be doing but need support turning that knowledge into a routine that sticks. It pairs well with a holistic or health adjacent practice, and taps into one of the fastest-growing areas of client demand.

Diploma of Team Coaching

This specialisation trains you to coach whole teams, building the skills that shift how a group communicates, collaborates and performs together. You'll work with teams and the leaders responsible for them, often inside organisations actively investing in how their people work together. It opens the door to corporate and organisational contracts, built for coaches who want to work beyond one-on-one sessions.

Diploma of Career Transition Coaching

This specialisation trains you to coach people through career change, equipping you with the skills to support clients as they navigate uncertainty, redefine their direction and take confident steps towards meaningful work. It opens the door to opportunities in career coaching, outplacement services and workforce transition programs, designed for coaches who want to help people create purposeful and sustainable career futures.

Diploma of ADHD & Neurodiversity-Informed Coaching

(coming soon)

This specialisation trains you to coach with an approach built specifically around how neurodivergent clients think, process and engage. You'll work with ADHD and neurodivergent clients seeking a coaching style shaped around how their brain actually works. It addresses a genuine gap in the coaching market, positioning you among a small number of coaches genuinely equipped for this work.

Not sure which specialisation is right for you yet?

There's no pressure to have it figured out today. Begin with the Level 1 Diploma of Professional Coaching, build your core coaching skills and real experience with clients, and add a specialisation through Level 2 whenever it becomes clear, whether that be in six months or six years. Plenty of AIPC coaches find their specialisation this way, through the coaching itself, once they know their clients and know themselves as a coach.
