Marty Doyle

ICF Liaison Officer, AIPC; ICF PCC 

Marty is a qualified & accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an accredited Executive and Organisational Coach. He has 12 years’ experience as a Coach working with individuals to help them resolve their problems and achieve their goals, plus 6 years as a Leadership and Organisational Coach working in large corporate organisations. Marty helps individuals develop their personal, professional and leadership skills, coaching them to identify areas for growth and development, eliminate obstacles that are holding them back, and design actions to move forward.

Glenda Waring

Education Manager @ AIPC

Glenda is National Education Manager at the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches. She has an extensive Social Work background and vast experience in tutoring and lecturing at the University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology in Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation over the past 24 years. Glenda is passionate about helping students succeed.

Rachel Hudson

Director of Education @ AIPC, ICF PCC

Rachel is Education Manager at the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches. She has a wide variety of experience in the education field, having worked as a teacher in the UK and abroad for 14 years, and running her own Language School business in the UK for 8 years. Rachel is a firm believer in the power of coaching and has run her own coaching business both in Australia and overseas for over 10 years. Rachel’s areas of expertise are: Life, Professional, Small Business, Parent, Career and Student coaching.

Dr Sara Thorn

Education Manager @ AIPC

Sara is a former medical doctor who coaches and instructs individuals in the healthcare sector. Her background is inclusive of 12 years as a doctor working for Queensland Health and 5 years as a Specialist in Medical Administration (Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrator, FRACMA).  She has experience managing clinical governance in public sector hospitals including complex complaints resolution, conciliation, clinical incident investigation and resolution, quality improvement, and service redesign.

Sara thrives on one-on-one interactions and supporting others to live their best lives. It is a place where she feels most at home - supporting others to reach their goals, make difficult choices, and navigate change and transitions.
